MEANING OF SYLLABUS
Syllabus is a summary of topics that are to be covered in an education which maybe set out by an exam,board or prepared by teacher.i.e syllabus of N.C.E.R.T books which may be set out by C.B.S.E.

Types of Syllabus
There are main two types of syllabus.
- PRODUCT- ORIENTED SYLLABUS:- Product oriented syllabus focuses on what the learner will know as a result at the end of the instruction session.i.e theory based grammatical
- PROCESS- ORIENTED SYLLABUS:- it focus on the pedagogical process leading to the outcomes. e.g like practical work.
