Attempt one question each from Section A & B carrying 10 marks each and the entire Section C consisting of 5 short answer type questions carrying 3 marks each.
SECTION—A
Discuss the concept and scope of life science in human life. 3+7
Discuss the recent trends in science curriculum as per National Curriculum Framework (NCF 2005). 10
SECTION—B
What is the advantage of improvised apparatus? How will you improvise apparatus in life science? Explain by taking suitable examples. 3+7
IV. Draw the plan of a life science laboratory. What types of furniture and fittings would you suggest in it? 5+5
SECTION—C (Compulsory Question)
V. Write short notes on the following :
1. Place of life science in school curriculum
2. Any one approach to science curriculum construction
3. Importance of life science text book
4. Draw Edgar Dale’s cone of learning experiences
